Shida 02 Platform

The Shida 02 Platform represents a significant advancement in construction quality. Primarily crafted for larger equipment, it is ideally positioned on the floor. The heavy-duty hardwood frame is extremely robust, capable of supporting loads exceeding 60kg.
 
Constructed from high-quality hardwood, the frame supports a 36mm thick, densely packed Keruing plywood top board, which is decoupled from the frame and therefore the environment by the s55 elastomers, effectively preventing unwanted vibrations from reaching the equipment.
 
The top board receives a finishing touch of high-quality hard wax oil, followed by a meticulous French Polishing with shellac, employing traditional methods, and a final layer of the finest beeswax.
 
The S55 Pucks effectively isolate the top board from the base and frame. Each S55 Puck undergoes custom water jet cutting to precise specifications, offering accurate isolation support, unlike materials such as some Sorbathane compounds. Our elastomer also has a very long life, returning to it's original shape when not under load.
 
Our base matrix provides excellent flexibility, allowing users to adjust the number of pucks according to the weight of the component, ensuring optimal isolation.
 
Many components exhibit uneven weight distribution due to heavy motors or transformers. The base matrix enables users to position the pucks strategically to support the heaviest part of the equipment.
